We offer a wide variety of policies to insure the small vacation home to the preferred higher end or new construction. We follow provisions of the policy, which could include either Replacement Cost or Actual Cash Value for that more difficult to place home. [A policy with Replacement Cost will pay for the repair or replacement of damaged property with materials of similar kind and quality. A policy with Actual Cash Value differs in that it pays on the market value of the items at the time of loss, taking into account depreciation and the condition of the item.] We offer New Home discount and deductibles from $500 to $5,000 to save you even more!
Farm Owners
Our comprehensive Farmowners program offers Replacement Cost or Actual Cash Value coverage on the home. This program is intended to cover your home, farm buildings, personal and farm personal property, and personal and farm personal liability.
